Refund/Return Policy

Damaged or Defective goods

  • We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Our utmost priority is to deliver your packages in the best possible condition. In case of any damage, please contact us at contact@journalchamps.com within 3 days of receiving the package, and provide a photo of the damaged goods along with your order number. Any claims made after 3 days will not be entertained.
  • If you received defective or damaged goods, we will issue a refund in the form of reverse payment. Please return the goods to us for review, and the refund will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days after we receive the product and examine it.
  • Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit you with a Rs.60 coupon in your account in lieu of the shipping costs.

Can I return my order if I do not like it?

If you need to return a product for not liking it, please contact us at contact@journalchamps.com and mention your order number. Please ensure that all products are unused with intact packaging and labels. Claims made after3 days of receiving the package will not be entertained. Note that customised products and stickers cannot be returned or refunded. Due to screen brightness, there may be a 10% difference in screen color and print color. Please ship the goods to the address below at your own cost.

A refund will be provided in form of a store points which could be availed on your next purchase at our website.

**Return, refund & replacement requests must be sent within 3 days from the delivery date. All requests after this 3 days period will not be encouraged.

**We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
