• Once an order is received, you will get an order confirmation and the product will be shipped within 24-72 business hours.(i.e) 1-3 business days.
• Depending on the location, the order will be delivered within 1-4 days after it has been shipped.
• One may track the location of the order through the tracking code which will be provided once the product has been shipped.

What is the price for the shipping?

Prepaid Orders:

• Free Shipping – To avail free shipping the minimum order value should be RS 300/.
• For orders below Rs 300 we charge a flat shipping price of Rs 60 on all orders.

For COD Orders:

• Currently we do not have Cash on delivery option.

We recommend making prepaid payments to ensure your deliveries are contactless.

What if my order doesn’t get delivered?

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you.

Your Journalchamps account through which the payment was made will receive a refund if they are unable to deliver the item. The next time you place an order with us, you can use the store credit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

In order to modify your order details such as shipping address or cancel your order, please ensure that you send a request to contact@journalchamps.com via email within 3 hours of placing your order.

After 3 hours, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address – no refunds will be allowed as we have already processed and shipped your order to that address.
